Just started using their service and am really happy. They explained what they offer, how it works and what options I have. Pet and kid friendly chemicals. So far no issues and will continue to use them.

Samual Johnson was at my home today and did an excellant job servicing us with this rodent problem. He explained everything clearly and was very knowledgeable. Absolutly recomend Thunder Pest Control.

I had no interaction with this employee. Thunder is supposed to schedule appts with me. Instead, they show up whether I'm home or not. Then they want a 'review' on their work.....this makes no sense. I assume they came. They bill me for work I do not see which is why I ask them to schedule. AND they don't. Sorry, no review.

Shaq was amazing as always. Detailed,thorough,and professional. I wasn’t home when he came by but I could tell where he’d been! Every nook and cranny thoroughly treated. Very satisfied

Tyler did a great job this morning, bless his heart, I always have so many questions,(bugs, snakes) and he answers every one! He is very thorough and recommend him highly!
