Norm's Heating & Air Conditioning

Our furnace stopped working yesterday. The new unit was put in just under 2 years ago. We went through Norm's. We called this morning around 9am. The service man was here by noon today. He identified the issue (a bad transformer). And he had it replaced and finished by 1pm. They even honored the warranty on the unit that is in Mom's (who passed shortly after the unit was put in) name. We only had to pay the service charge. My family has used Norm's ever since my Grandpa was alive. If anyone has any heating and cooling needs, Norm's is highly recommended!

We woke up today with our old heat pump on the blink, and I used all my known tricks before calling Norm's. Justin called back within 30 minutes to tell me they wouldn't be able to make it out this weekend, BUT! Justin sat on the phone and walked me through a few steps for diagnosis and a few more steps to get the furnace running again. Thanks to Justin, we'll be calling Norm's for all heating and cooling services in the future.

Terry was the kindest, most honest and professional human! His team Justin, Rusty and Danny were amazing and they were superb in installation of a new Furnace and Central Air. No one wants to stress the expense but if you're in need call Norm's Heating and Air Conditioning!

Wow !! What a great bunch of guys. We needed to replace both our ac and furnace. One of the owners ,Terry came out and gave us some info on what it would cost etc. Absolutely no pressure to do anything, we decided to go with Terry's suggestion and boy are we glad we did. Within 2 weeks we had new units both replaced in 6 hours of work. Great company !! You won't be disappointed with Norms.

Norm's has always been good to my family. When the A/C quit on us in the middle of July years ago, Norm's was there within 2 hours to take the call on an extremely busy and a stifling 90 plus degree day. Before they left that day, they checked everything and validated the repair before leaving. Even called us later to ensure unit was still operating and pushing cold air to keep the kids comfortable and safe. This year when the A/C started acting up Norms was here within two hours. Diagnosed and explained that they did not have the part and would have to order, giving a time frame on possible delivery.
