Lisandro replaced our AC unit last year and we've been very happy with the new unit and service. Lisandro was referred to us by a friend and we consider ourselves lucky. We had an old unit that was way past it's prime. From the beginning Lisandro was honest with us about eventually needing a new unit. He didn't press us and kept our old unit up and running for a couple of years until we approached him that we were ready . My drain pan/float switch was overflowing. I tried shopvac on the outside condensate drain line but it did not work. I called Lisandro and he did a complete cleaning and flushing of the entire system. Not only that, he noticed that our previous tech had performed a compressor relay which was actually killing our system slowly. Lisandro was able to put the system as it should be back together, along with making some key electrical adjustments to the zone panel and the air handler unit.
