UPDATED - 11/24. Seriously good customer service! After I left my three star review they got in contact with me and said that they always offer a follow up spot cleaning. They came back 2-3 days later and the same guy returned. I pointed out the areas that still showed dirt and he fixed it. Really great, updating my review to 5 stars. INITIAL REVIEW - The gentleman who came to clean our couch was kind and knowledgeable. Our couch hadn't been cleaned for prob ~5 years, and there was a definite dinginess caused by our pup having a favorite spot. Unfortunately, after the tech left, and everything was dry, we put the couch back together, and noticed that there was still a lot of the dinginess and oiliness still present. These guys did a fantastic job! They came in saying they will try their best to get the blood out of our couch (our dog tried to bury a treat with her nose), and they exceeded our expectations. Great price, communicative, professional, and efficient.

The crew arrived promptly, after letting me know they were on their way. They got the job done quickly, and let me know how long to leave the sofa to finish drying before I could use it again. The results look fantastic, especially the kitchen floor (tiled), which hasn't looked this good since I moved in. Thank you!
