NTX Gutters did a magnificent job for me from initial contact to job completion! Their light-hearted radio ads got my attention, so I contacted them thru their website. Bailey responded quickly and we communicated via email as that is my preference. She set up a appointment and Robert arrived as agreed to give me a quote. He helped me understand what was needed to solve my drainage problems. We set up the appointment for Skylar to do the installation and his work was exemplary. He definitely knows what he is doing and takes pride in his work. From start to finish, they treated me as a valued customer. I was quoted over $1,000 to clean my gutters and was told that they would be hand cleaned which I assumed would take several hours to do. The guys showed up and I spoke with them briefly and then left to run an errand. When I returned about 30-40 minutes later they were already done, packed up, and driving out of m,y neighborhood. All they ended up doing was climb on the roof and use blowers to blow the leaves from the gutters into the yard. No hand cleaning. Two guys, 2 blowers and about 20-30 minutes work and they charged me over $1,000 I called and explained that $1,000 for well less than an hour was ridiculous and offered to pay them $500 which is more in line with what gutter cleaning should cost for a home like mine.
