Amazing company!! Jeff is so knowledgeable… We had him put in a HVAC unit a few years ago and appreciate all his expertise. If we ever have any questions on our unit the phone is always answered and you never feel like you’re a bother. Customer service is a A++ Just recently our heat was not working due to a power surge late at night and still the phone was answered with courtesy and the problem was taken care of promptly!! I 100% recommend R2 Mechanical!
We use R2 for our business where HVAC is CRITICAL. The r2 team is professional, fairly priced, and has saved our butts in extreme time of needs and even at bizarre times. We also use them for quarterly maintenance. Highly recommend!
They have been very fair and honest with me over the years. I finally had to get a new unit. They were on time and did a great job. There was a small issue and they came right back to resolve it. Highly recommend.
Techs were on time, courteous and knowledgeable. They worked on my 5 port mini split condenser unit, found a leak, repaired it, and then filled it back up with Freon. Everything is working great- highly recommended!!
