Wilson McLain Plumbing

This company is responsible for our new Meritage home plumbing. All 3 of our toilets our not level. They look like b stock. They are completely off the bubble on a level scale. My husband is a disabled senior. It creates a fall risk. Wilson McCain refuses to level toilets. Terrible company for an American with Disabilities.

Had one of their drivers ram my vehicle with his work truck. After multiple attempts to contact the company about it, they wouldn't return my call. The driver denied all liability and his insurance is denying the claim, forcing a battle for the fix. I wouldn't do business with a company like this no matter how well they do plumbing.

Maybe they can do simple commercial jobs, but forget about higher end residential. Sloppy, careless, completely lacking detail orientedness to get the job done Well. They made some costly mistakes on our job that left us scrambling. They were also trying to add extra trip charges when they could and blaming the customer. Their punch list visits have been even worse. Bad attitude, all around and worse than that, clearly incompetence is the central problem. They don’t even recognize when a hose bib is put together wrong. They don’t know how to plumb for simple appliances. On and on…..

Strange experience today. Wilson McLean installed the plumbing in our new home. I was having plumbing flow issues and asked when they could repair it and they said that they are not accepting new customers. I said but I’m an old customer when can you come? She said indefinitely we are not accepting new customers. So frustrating

I have utilized Wilson McLain Plumbing since I moved to the Denton Area in 2016. In every instance, they have been responsive, friendly, patient and professional. Their work is precise and quickly done. I highly recommend them and will continue to contact this great company for my plumbing needs.
