The best. I have used NorthCoast for years with home, office moves storing my outdoor furniture. I have referred them to many people. They are the best!

After hiring NorthCoast for an out-of-state move, the company took custody of our household possessions and moved them into their “temperature-controlled “ storage facility. All of our furnishings, including our Oriental rug, were in excellent condition, clean, and moth-free prior to the move. Attached is a photo of our rug (which had been on our living room floor for 20 years without a moth issue) prior to the move. When our possessions were delivered to our new residence, the rug was infested with live moth larvae and could not be salvaged. Much of our furniture was delivered unwrapped or partially wrapped and showed evidence of moth activity. Attached are photos of the rug upon delivery. From staining our white couches to losing all our bedside lamps, to hidden, poorly communicated fees, Northcoast Moving really does everything to make sure your move is as pleasant as putting your head through a concrete wall. My family is no stranger to moving, and we have never had such an abysmal experience. They are happy for as long as it takes you to sign the check; after that, they quickly get tired, and their smiles are replaced by a condescending and passive-aggressive attitude. There is truly no reason to go with this company unless you hate your personal belongings and need a good excuse to get new stuff. AVOID AT ALL COSt

My husband received quote from Jeremy. When asked how long before the move we could cancel, Jeremy answered we had 3 days before the moving day to cancel. We did have to cancel and it was within the three days of moving day. We did not receive the deposit because Jeremy then stated it was 3 days after the quote was written! When we called Jeremy he stated (after a long discussion) that he would refund our money. We have not seen the check. This is just bad business! I would not recommend this company!!! If they can take advantage of us what do they do to those less fortunate! We are out $210. We learned our lesson. This company cannot be trusted.
