Northeast Exterminators

I called Northeast Exterminators because we had a hornet nest under a gable on our house that needed to be removed. The worker who came out told me the nest was inactive before any of it had been removed. He needed to come inside our house to access the nest from the window because I think he didn’t have a tall enough ladder. He removed a bit of the nest and then told me it was finished when large pieces of nest were still hanging from the gable. I told him this was not in line with my expectations and that I was expecting all of it to be cleared off and cleaned appropriately. He said that there was no active nest (which, by the way, there never was in the first place) so the job was complete, but did go back upstairs and try to remove a little more.
