I highly recommend Tello for hardwood refinishing. They were one of the most efficient and respectful subcontractor teams I worked with while renovating my home inside and out. I was set on keeping my original red oak flooring, so we hired Luis and his team to refinish the entire house. This job also included matching a section of new hardwood in the kitchen that previously had linoleum. We are over a year in living here and I am still thrilled with the results! Luis and his team at Tello Flooring are truly phenomenal!!! If I could give them 100 stars I would. We purchased a new home and I knew right away that we would change out the carpets and older red oak flooring. I have extremely high expectations, I pay attention to every single little detail there is, and I can be intense! Yes, I am that person. It took me months to find a flooring company that I was confident in moving forward with. After searching endlessly and ruling out a ton of other companies online, I met with three companies and Tello Flooring was the last. Luis and his team did an incredible job replacing the existing hardwood in our home with beautiful red oak, taking 2 weeks to complete the job. From the quote process to the actual work, Luis was communicative, to the point, and professional. His crew did an amazing job adding new hardwood to our living room, family room, stairs, and upstairs bedrooms. We couldn't be happier with the decision we made to work with Tello Flooring and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable team that does high quality work at a reasonable price.

cannot write enough great commentary re: Tello flooring and we have used 3 other local flooring companies over the 35 years we have been in our farmhouse which was built in 1694! Tello flooring pros: 1. estimate: timely and detailed-less expensive options suggested meaning they are trying to help their customers save money. Another floor company who was giving us an estimate did not even tell us when they left. Tello flooring owner Luis Tello personally shows up to do the estimate which speaks volumes 2. project: delivered on time and on budget; workers great-super professional, courteous and most importantly tidy. They came out quickly to provide a quote and we talked through multiple different options to ensure full satisfaction with project and manage within a budget. They completed the work timely and did a great job minimizing any dust to other areas of my home. My new floor turned out beautiful and my home was left immaculate at the end.
