Saki came out before 10am on a 16° winter morning when my heater went out. He diagnosed the issue, and showed me how he knew it was a faulty gas valve (not the computer controlling it). He went out and got the part, came right back, and got the heat working quick! He was friendly and professional, and as a single woman I felt safe with him in my home. He was also nice to my dog :) The price was super reasonable too. I'm so happy I found my go-to HVAC repair guy!!

Sk was fantastic. Our heat went out when it was 5 degrees outside. We have a 5 month old. We called every hvac technician we could find on Google.. no one called us back. My friend finally referred me to sk. He answered immediately and came out same day. He was personable (nice to our dog) and very clearly honest. His fee was extremely reasonable and he didn’t try to oversell us on anything. Most importantly, he very quickly and effectively diagnosed the problem! We now have heat again! I immediately scheduled him to service our ac in the spring. Will be using him going forward for all of my servicing needs and you should too!

Saki was friendly and honest. He didn’t try push purchasing a new unit but rather recommended keeping our current one until it goes (unlike other companies that have come to service our unit in the past). Our family plans to use SK Heating & Air for future tune ups & repairs! Would definitely recommend!
