Northeast Spray Insulation

Recently back in December 2024 had spray foam installed in our Attic in Biddeford we use Northeast for a couple crawl spaces and some of our rentals previously and everything worked out well however in this situation in my attic which is the third floor of the house we have had off gassing since December 19th that it was put in for the first few weeks we figured it was cold out winter time and it was taking longer to off gas, for the first 6 to 8 weeks we really suffered we spent a few nights in a motel room to get some relief and realize we need to go back home because of our pets I have one that's older and it was hard being away from home if I had a second home that's where I would be, however as of April 16th we are still experiencing strong smell first second and third floor it's diff

Great Service. I will be using them again! I got a call back the day after I left a message. Sean came out maybe a day later. I had a quote the next morning. We put a day on the calendar for them to do the job and they showed up on that day! They did spray/fiberglass combo to keep the cost down for me...but gave me a few different options but the combo make the most sense for the job. When the project was done I had a few questions and Sean answered them and even sent a crew back to tweak a few things make sure it was all done to my satisfaction. Hire these guys! Don't bother calling 2-3 other places. They all called me back 2 days after I had already scheduled an appointment with NE Spray. Thanks Sean.

Exceptional experience. Paul Alcorn was very easy to work through the estimate with, Craig was able to fit me in to an open slot almost immediately and the experienced installers did a great installation job. The project management and follow up were very professional and impressive. This was definitely a positive experience and a company I will surely work with again.

This company is the best of the best. Had another company come they didn't have a clue. I had expected my job to be about a week long. Their fiberglass guy came and got the entire job done that day. I am more than impressed. He was polite and happy to answer any questions I had. This company and that guy will do all my projects from now on. Thank you.

We were really impressed with NorthEast Spray Insulation--they did an awesome job in our attic, and cleaned up really well. We had them apply spray foam 2/3 of our attic ceilings, but regret not just sealing up the whole thing. I can feel the difference in the space below the unfinished attic part--it's several degrees colder in the winter! We'll get them back in for the final 1/3 ASAP.
