We got stuck with this company as it is who our builder used. Moved in our in home in August of 2023 and I had immediate flooring issues. I have been waiting since September of 2023 for our floors to be fixed during our one year warranty due to buckling/separating and popping/creaking. Over time it continued to get worse and worse. My wife and I both called multiple (20 or more) times and their customer service is HORRIBLE. We were told to work with Alexis Wooten and she is terrible! At one point I didn’t think she worked there anymore. They would constantly give us excuses as to why they have not returned our phone calls and when would get to speak to Alexis, she’ll say Frank will call us back or she’ll get with him. I can't say enough about Mr Coutaquest ( probably spelled wrong ) Frankie . He has really impressed me and my wife with his professionalism and knowledge for the job at our home . Although our project was small in comparison to many he has done, he made sure we were happy with the finished product . He and his wife Martha are very sincere and passionate about the business they have built . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for ANY flooring jobs you have . They have 3 locations and , provide any and all types of flooring and tile work .

Took a while to get flooring supplies shipped. Issac and his helpers did a perfect job. I’m so happy!!!!!!

Two men showed up promptly on schedule and installed the new non-slip flooring in our shower. They did an awesome job and we absolutely love the new floor! We only wish we had done it years ago! In addition, this company has very nice people to work with.
