I highly recommend Northeastern Restoration for any job! I am a local Realtor and we have hired Brian and his crew for several jobs now. Recently, we hired him for a water damage job. They came out, pulled out the wet sheetrock and got the dehumidifier and the air scrubbers running right away to start the drying process! Brian understands the urgency when it comes to water damage and is able to be your one point of contact in a time of need! Brian will speak directly to the insurance co. for you! Very professional and timely!

After buying a house that had been smoked in for many years, I hired Brian and his team to come and mitigate. He replaced all of the carpets with a hardwood floor that I selected and retrimed all of the rooms for me. His work has been top notch and I have been getting nothing but compliments on the way the house looks now. Northeastern Restoration has been a time saver for my wife and I. I can’t thank them enough.

Northeastern Restoration did a fantastic job for us in our home restoration project. He took care of some siding work and some clean out projects. His communication was always timely and he was very responsive whenever I called or text. He offers so many services I’m sure we will use Brian and Northeastern again!

Brian and his team did a great job. We are very happy with the way the new shower and overall tile and bathroom turned out after our leak/mold renovation.
