I have used Northern Colorado Air to service my HVAC equipment since I became a homeowner in 2020. Last year I got an estimate to replace both the furnace and AC. I decided I just wanted to replace the furnace so a few weeks ago I reached out for an updated estimate for just the furnace. The estimate that I received had a furnace and AC on it, so when I reached out to schedule the install I again specified that I just wanted the furnace. Karena asked me to cross off the equipment that I didn’t want and to sign the estimate and send it in. I have had several experiences with Northern Air, most recently with Benjamin who installed smart thermostats. Fantastically responsive, knowledgable and curteous. Have really appreciated the service they provide.

Another company told us we needed a whole new system. We called Northern Colorado Air for a second opinion, and it turned out to be a simple fix! Blake diagnosed the issue quickly, had the part in his truck, and he had our A/C running again for the hottest week of the summer. Can't say enough good things about this experience -- reasonable cost, great service!

Great company! Just moved into a new home and had some issues with the heater. Contacted Jeff and he promptly sent a couple of technicians to fix it. I'd say they went beyond expectations with the fix.
