First time here. Great experience as they had exactly what I needed. 1/2 NPT Tap and cutting oil. They offer 10% discount to Military Veterans. Paul and Evelyn were very helpful. Nice well stocked store with many name brand tools and equipment. Well worth stopping just to browse.

My first time shopping here. Was pretty excited to learn about it and my first visit was fantastic. But i had to make an exchange, and during that process i ended up buying more things. But it wasnt until i was driving home that i realized that my return was discounted $50 from what i paid. They screwed me out of $50 after dropping almost a grand and i didn't realize it until i was almost home. I'll never spend money here again. Ever. All these stores i been going real far out of my way to spend money at, i cant think of any lately that dont give me some kind of attitude or problems. I been fighting online shopping a long time but thanks to this experience I'm done wasting fuel to spend more on stuff to get screwed in the end anyway

I have been a Northern Tool customer and fan for a few years. Always have had great service. Today, I had to bring a new piece of equipment in for service. Will was super helpful with the paperwork process and guiding me through a stressful situation. He explained the issue to the lead tech, Fernando in service. He took the equipment back and did an immediate check and was able ti get me in and out with 20 minutes. No charge, glad we could help you and have a nice day. Really impressed with the customer service here!! Dylan, Chirag and Jennifer were great! I bought a 5x8 trailer because it was a good price, but realized when I got it home it was too small for my needs. I called and they were happy to work with me to return the trailer the next day, but also went above and beyond to help me get what I needed at a great price! They even moved all the trailers in the trailer yard to get me the newest and best condition one, something I didn't even have to ask them to do. Awesome work by them all, I will be back for future purchases.

Highly recommend this location. Had an issue with an online order that was damaged in shipping. Brought it back to this location and they went above and beyond to fix the issue for me.
