Our car got stuck in some snow during a blizzard. Cody came out to help get our car out and that was amazing. He was super kind and professional. I'd rate 10/5 for that assistance, especially since he didn't need too.

One of your employees my need a refresher on your “Commitment to Zero” and values. I also notice your statement of being “Value-Driven and Redy to Succed” and mention Integrity “We always do the right thing” Do these values and commitment to zero, promote individuals driving branded vehicles to cut cars off and then brake check them? I understand it hard at time to leave the Kwik Trip on Rice Lake Road to head back towards your shop, but your employee showed some pretty poor decisions and clearly doesn’t have a safety attitude. I understand it’s Friday (6/6/25) at 16:12, I sure hope this is addressed and not just sweep under the rug.

I’ve never conducted business with them, but they consistently fail to cover or tarp their loads, regardless of the cargo or the amount in their trucks. In Minnesota, this practice is against the law. According to Minnesota Statute 169.81 Subd 5/5b, drivers transporting sand, gravel, aggregate, dirt, lime rock, silica, or similar materials must securely cover their vehicle’s cargo compartment. I'm going to start reporting trucks that I see not following this law. It’s frustrating to drive along Rice Lake Road and witness debris blowing out of their trucks. Not only does this litter the roadway, but it also poses safety risks for other motorists. Personally, I wouldn’t drive a convertible on this road. I wouldn’t want to be hit in the head with a rock. My girlfriends car needed a jump at kwik trip a couple weeks back, a northland constructors employee was nice enough to help her out. He helped her get the car running and even took the time to help her put her trunk back together. (Her battery is a pain to get at and is located in the trunk) Thanks northland!
