Poor customer service. I had my summer service and Northpoint called me to see if they could come home early. I told them I could not be there but my work was over in 10 minutes and I couldn't leave until then. I work in Beaufort and told them I could be there for 35 to 45 minutes. Thay told me that would be OK and they could start outside and do the inside when I get there. As luck would have it there was a big wreck on the highway and it took me 55-60 minutes to get home. They did not wait but left me a filter on the porch. I called and asked what happened and they told me since I didn't get there when they finished the outside they left. FYI the time I arrived at home was only 10 minutes later than the original scheduled time. Anyway I told them there was a wreck and I was there now.

These guys are solid. Northpoint installed 3 units for us and they are the highest quality HVAC systems we have ever owned. Their workers are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. After an electrical storm they showed up the same day we called for a few tweaks to our system. They methodically maintain our units twice per year.

I called Northpoint because are air conditioning has been acting funny. They had someone at our house the same day! Problem fixed. Talk about great service, I highly recommend Northpoint for all of your heating and cooling needs!!
