Then we invited Northshore for one last "just in case". Keelin was genuine, no sales pitch - just the facts and the quote, then he was so responsive to our millions of questions after hours. We really appreciated the time he took to walk us through an additional roofing project we were doing our our own. Even offering his personal time and materials. Getting a new roof is something no one really desires. However, using North Shore exteriors for our new roof was as pleasant as the whole experience could be. We met with Trevor over a month ago. His ex explanation of what needed to be done was thorough and also explained in a way so that my wife and I completely understood what was going to happen. Their pricing was extremely competitive. Received multiple quotes for new siding and roof. Decided to go with Northshore due to their competitive quote and great reviews and we were not disappointed! The whole team were friendly and professional. Jake came out to quote the project and walk us through all the details, Rex oversaw the siding and Mike the roofing. Both were detail oriented and very professional including a final walk around to make sure that we were completely happy with the work. We would hire Northshore again for any future projects and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for any of the services they provide.

We have had Northshore out for same issue for the last three years. We've paid them each time. Each time we get a different answer as to why we have a roof leak. Last year it was flashing, which was fixed. This year it was the underlayment. Their level of expertise, in my opinion, seems very low, and there is no continuity at all in their approach. I would not recommend them. Edit: As you can see from the response below, Northshore does not stand by their repairs and is interested only in giving excuses. First, it is false that there is no ice shield on the portion our roof in question.
