Technician Myan was very courteous and helpful regarding routine maintenance /tune up. Very respectful and friendly. Don’t love that the service contract for 6 month check/tune up has gotten over $200, but I have consistently had excellent experiences with Northside and would continue to use them for hvac needs.

Northside helped us when our a/c went out last summer. Jared was very quick to get us an estimate and install date. They were very easy to work with and maintained a clean job site. They are very responsive with any questions or concerns. We will definitely be using Northside again in the future.

Service tech Jeremy was a pleasure to meet and his knowledge In the field was informative and helpful. Very thorough and I'm happy. Affordable to the point that I feel guilty!

During my recent scheduled six-month inspection, the Northside HVAC team that came out to my house on 10/10/25 did not identify an existing leak issue. Unfortunately, this led to water marks and weakening of my garage ceiling. While investigating the cause myself, I accidentally fell through the ceiling from the attic. After noticing the damage, I called Northside to report the problem on 10/11/25. They responded promptly and assigned the repair to Paul. Paul arrived right on time at 1 PM, as promised. He was professional and courteous. Upon inspection, he identified the leak coming from the HVAC unit in the attic and resolved the issue Thanks Paul for your professionalism and hard work!!

Jonathan was very nice and easy to understand what he was doing and why Basically my thermostat went out and had to be replaced it wasn’t sending a signal to my central heating element but now were ready for the snow that is coming Friday
