They did a small septic job for me recently and the residential project manager was great to deal with. Crew was prompt and polite and did what they said they would do. Went above and beyond with their cleanup as well.

Great service. Responsive, friendly, cost effective, clean... everything I look for as a General Contractor. They deliver and pick up on a timely basis and promptly service the units keeping things comfortable for my employees, clients, and subcontractors

Horrible service. Talked to someone about just the honey bucket no cleaning and they said it was fine. They won't charge us. It would save us 175 dollars. Got the bill for that day and they charged us almost 400 dollars. Cleaning fee included ! I called and asked why they charged that and they said they have to charge a cleaning fee... they lied and she knew that she told us no cleaning fee was fine. So un happy with their service.

I would give zero stars if I could!! This company came out to pump, inspect, and repair/replace our tank. They came out, dug out the tank, cut two huge holes in our drainfield pipes and then refilled the hole. They did not do a pump or inspect. They said our ENTIRE drainfield needed to be redesigned and replaced. This place is a scam! We ended up getting another opinion from AA Advanced Septic and they were able to clear our drainfield and do a replaced tank for much less. NW went from a $1200 job to over $20k. Then when we asked them for the final invoice they somehow said they worked much longer than they actually did. Oh and the invoice took about two weeks to actually get. Screw this company. Don’t waste your time or money.

I needed a septic installed quick for my new house and they came through for me. Septic is working great so far. They worked with my septic designer and passed the inspection. They even handled a few extra easy plumbing things while they were out free of charge. Sent me a bill for the exact amount they quoted me which isn't always the case with many contractors. I highly recommend this company.
