I have been using them for years on maintenance and repairs for my old gas furnace that I could not afford to replace. Rhian, Mike and Bruno installed a new furnace and A/C for us a week ago. This is our second time using NWCS for our heater & a/c install as they installed our original units 10 years ago. They were very professional & thorough in walking us through what needed to be installed. They went above and beyond to fix a problem with our nearby water heater venting unrelated to the install we had hired them for. I highly recommend this company and their employees. They stand behind their products and service and are a pleasure to work with.

NWCS installed my new heat pump, furnace, and electronic air filter one week ago today. The system is operating as expected; for example, I've seen the heat pump defrost itself, and it operates as quietly as advertised. The installation crew did good work, and in particular Rhian explained multiple issues with our home's particular infrastructure around the old system, and how they would be rectified (i.e. things that would still have been issues if all we did was upgrade equipment). They went well beyond the bare minimum needed to get the job done. Mike and Rhian serviced our prior equipment for several years; they are kind, patient, and their visits have always been helpful. I had/have no reservations about continuing to give them our business.
