Northwest Exterminating are great and provide reliable services that are affordable. They also have a professional, reliable, and friendly staff! We have had Northwest for 13 successful years and will continue to use their services!

Friendly staff but couldn’t kill one rat. Ended up wasting my money and time and had to go somewhere else.

I am please with the Customer Service provided by Octavious Roberts week of 1/31. He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional & prompt. He appeared to carefully listen to my concerns about termites. then thoroughly assessed examined my home. As a customer I just wanted you to know that Mr Roberts is an asset to your company ,and the very reason I will continue to do business with Northwest.
