Northwest Exterminating - Tucker

I had them do some pest control in my house a coupla years ago, so I thought of them when we had a HUGE baldface hornet nest in our dogwood right in front of the house. I called and was still in their system! The nice lady on the phone got all the info and quoted me a price. This is an unexpected expense, so I asked if they'd work with me - AND they did! SO NICE. They sent out the inspector (Danny) who agreed with the price and then a couple of hours later, the techs (Orion and Christine) arrived and took care of business. They were awesome! AND BRAVE! All in all, a great experience. I'd really like it if they would use flamethrowers, tho. ;)

Rich always takes great care of us! He is fast and friendly. He also puts up with our crazy dogs when he comes to do an inside service. He is respectful of our space and does a great job!

My home was serviced on Monday 10/2/2023. I have clear video of the technician breaking a light along my driveway. He clearly turned too wide, and I don't understand why this happened. You can hear the loud crunch of glass breaking, and this individual just went on with his day. I called and reported this issue, and emailed the video to a Caroline Ross. I have yet to receive a call back, and have reached out multiple times since. The fact that I'm being forced to wait on my property being damaged by their employee is ridiculous. I will be taking this further.
