Northwest Fence

Was told that they would take all the soil debris away, but when I came home, they dumped it in multiple areas of my property. Left mud all over my deck. Not the service I expected. Office staff, and estimator were all great to deal with. I've left multiple emails about the mess they have left and they have not responded to me in over a month. That is not the customer service I expected. I guess I payed for the debris to be removed, and now I have to clean it up. Would never recommend or use this company again. Strictly because they did no respond to my concern.

We had a transporter crash in to our chain link fence and rip it down. Northwest fence was on it, and did a great job on the repair. Highly recommend.

I only gave it one star because there wasn't anything lower. Before I complain I would like to compliment Tiffany and Johanna for there great effort to assist me. Unfortunately neither of them were the ones that should have contacted me. Small wood fence with only seven panels, four of which were not level. After I complained they sent someone out to fix it but still no one contacted me. I notice the fence was not in a straight line and complained again, still no contact. They have supposedly sent two different people out to look at what can be done to fix the problem but still no one has contacted me. This has been going on since June 30 th and I still haven't be contacted from anyone of authority who can answer my questions. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The crew did a great job and was very friendly. The rest of the experience was really disappointing. They forgot to respond to an email of mine for weeks when I was trying to get an estimate. Then they bailed on our scheduled day of installation and didn't notify us. But worst of all, their initial measurements for the project were inaccurate, resulting in us paying hundreds of dollars more than their estimate. When I asked why they didn't validate their satellite measurements before beginning work, they told me this was not feasible for their business. They apparently believe that it's my job to validate their measurements. It looks like they only have time to measure their projects accurately once all work is completed to see if they can squeeze more money out of it. I will not work w
