We bought a concrete tile roof home 5 years ago. I had some initial work done by a contractor, they added starter flashing and replaced some cracked tiles. They did a good job but I knew concrete tile roofs were not their specialty and they used the spare tiles that came with the house. We added a 1000 square feet ADU unit to our main house. Old house had Monier concrete tiles aged which had discontinued. Randy the owner did such a phenomenal job and matched them exactly with shed Monier used concrete tiles that it came out beautiful and matched seamlessly with the old house. Throughly professional, very respectful and dignified with over 30 years experience in concrete and other roofing tiling. Gave me the best rates possible and completed the job in timely manner without ever being pushed. Great company. Great owner and you could possibly NEVER go wrong. Highly recommend !!
