We have used Noveido Lawn for 10 years. The last year, no communication The company was fabulous 10 years ago. Don't waste your time....

Over promise and under deliver. Nestor (the owner) came to our home to get us an estimate; we were trying to remove & kill weeds, and get a clean edge around our lawn. We were assured that this was doable. When Nestor's team arrived, they did not speak English, making communication a little difficult. His team did not pull the weeds or grass as agreed, and only cut everything with a weed wacker and sprayed weed killer everywhere. His team also killed and removed some of the wife's flowers thinking they were weeds. Overall, Noviedo is good enough at mowing a lawn, but can't be bothered for landscaping and maintenance. We got charged a pretty penny for sub-standard work. Any complaints were met with being told it wasn't his fault.
