What an incredible emergency water damage company. They were at our house within one hour! Anthony really provided outstanding customer service. Answering all our texts within minutes and he was readily available by phone for my multiple questions. They handled our water extraction problem very professionally and efficiently. I was skeptical at first—this was my third time replacing a roof through the insurance company, which is not an easy task, but as soon as I met Heath, I felt completely reassured that I was in good hands. Demarco explained the details of the work with ease and walked me through the process before and after the work was completed. He also explained next steps. If you ever need any water restoration or repairs completed, NRG was the best company to deal with. My home had pipe leak which caused both mold and water damage. Amazing communication, fast emergency response, great follow through, perfect home rebuild.
