Talked with Jacob over the phone and he was very informative about the products. Once I visited the showroom he delivered the same great customer service as he did over the phone. I had my family come along to the showroom and he was also very nice to my wife and 5 year old. He pulled together a few pieces in the showroom and also assisted us with a design using AI once he knew of my vision. The material is very sturdy and we hung a wine rack on top of the slats and it looks beautiful. Material held up nicely and so far so good. I would recommend the product and the Norcross showroom.
