Michael did an awesome job with the damage to my kitchen floor. He was polite and knowledgeable about the work rendered. I would highly recommend Mr. Michael and Property Medics for their service.

Had a pipe bust in the kitchen and property medics took a horrible situation and turned it into something amazing. Ray did a great job and the guys that work with him were excellent and patient and were a pleasure to work with.

Wesley did a great job coming and explaining what will be needed to be done checking the moisture levels. He was very thorough and very kind, as well as respectful. My initial mitigation specialists going by the name of Davis and another man whose name I can’t remember, both came out and did the demo portion. They were very respectful, kind, and thorough as well and made me feel at ease through the process. Big shout out to Claude Smith who is the project manager thank you so much. I will highly recommend their services.

I was so pleased with the work provided today! Varick Gilbert and Chris George were extremely friendly and addressed all our questions. They worked fast, yet efficiently, cleaning up the job site as they worked. I definitely would call them again for help!
