Nu-Temp Heating & Cooling

I never had used Nu-Temp before but had an issue with my water heater. Called their number this morning and it was answered by their emergency service call center. Gave the man my information and he said someone would call me back. I never received a call back today. Not sure what happened, but not a good first impression. I found another service provider that came right out and took care of my issue.

Quick, reliable, great communication. Just had a new unit installed when our old one broke. The office was very helpful in finding us one that would suit our needs at a great price. Install went really well, no hiccups. Will definitely recommend and use in the future.

I had a great experience with Nu Temp! The office staff member was polite and accommodating. My technician, Brian, was courteous of my time by calling when he was on his way. He was so helpful by taking the time to explain to me what was wrong with my heater and gave me some great options that suites my home. Overall, he was here for an hour, the price was great, and he did a great job!

I have dealt with Nu Temp for both general maintenance and a few repairs. Their reps are always very friendly, on time and trustworthy. Prices are very reasonable as well. They have never attempted to "sell" me anything and as a matter a fact when I have had issues they instructed me on how to address the issue in the future when possible to save money on a service call. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so in the future.

Nu Temp came out the next day to replace our leaking hot water heater and 2 days later to install a new HVAC system. They educated us, cleaned up after themselves and got everything done extremely quickly. I highly recommend working with for a personalized family feel experience.
