WOW, that's all I could say because of how rude the lady that answers the phone is! Do not waste your time with this business! The lady that answers the phone is rude and unprofessional! I called them yesterday morning to get someone to help us with replacing our pool pump which is not working and she said that she would call me back. She never called me back yesterday or today, so this afternoon I called them back to check to see if I could get a date to schedule someone to come out and help me. She was rude and would not commit to a date. She said they were really busy and it would be at least a week out. So I said "OK, can I schedule something for next week?" and she said again no, someone else does the scheduling. So I then asked her to speak to that person to get a date on t

We have a fiberglass pool installed by NuWave in 2003. We love the pool and owner Brian and his staff. Barbara in the office has always been great! John an employee who does our service is fabulous. They open and close us every year. Would not use anyone else.

Brian does one pool at a time and does what he promises. Great experience
