These are not mass produced homes.There is real added value to a Nutrend home knowing that the builder himself is on the jobsite everyday. We purchased a new home on the Highland Meadows Golf Course (Dec 2016) that was about 90% finished. Customer service has been outstanding. Finish work is excellent.
We purchased a Nutrend home in Fort Collins in 2012. The house was 10 years old when we bought it and it was in great condition. Our home inspector commented on the excellent reputation Nutrend has in the home building industry and the quality of the homes they build. He walked us around and pointed out a number of build features and attention to detail that Nutrend provides that other builders do not. We are thoroughly happy with our Nutrend home.
Worked with NuTrend homes last year to build our home. Very professional and made the entire process seem easy. Would recommend them to anyone as we are extremely happy in our new home.
Easy to work with , Good follow up and follow through. Made the customer home exp enjoyable.
