They were professional and finished my work quickly. They were great to work with. They informed me when they were returning after obtaining a part for an older boiler. They are definitely worth recommending to anyone, as you actually speak to a technician instead of a voicemail. My job is done and I'm so happy.

Parker and Joe both were great. They were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. They worked around some of the items I couldn't move. The workers cleaned the ceiling tiles and panelling, bagged them up and then swept the floor. Everyone I've spoken to and interacted with has been fantastic. I will definitely use them again, and I highly recommend them.

This company deserves ten stars. The experts provided such good advice and expertise on how to handle the situation that it became "doable". The confidence of the staff that "all will be well" gave us the peace we needed to return to our home. . Even better than before! Cookie and Luis are caring, knowledgeable, and kind. The work area was always left neat and tidy at the end of the day. All supplies were stored in a neat manner. Each worker was courteous and respectful to our home. We appreciate all that they did to restore the home! !

Rusty's crew was a true blessing. It is my second major flood in my home. They were prompt, efficient and thorough. They dried my home completely and were able dry out the walls so they didn't need to be cut again. Please give them a try if you have any water remediation issues. It is the second time that they have helped.

These guys are top notch! It's never a good thing to need a restoration company, but to have to tear down a section of our house hours before the birth of our baby was stressful. The crew were the first ones to see our baby and they took their safety and that of our family very seriously. They went above and beyond despite our homeowners' insurance not being concerned about our needs or urgency. I can't recommend AZ Restoration Pros highly enough!
