Lucas and his team replaced 5! old and rotting porches on our Somerville triple decker with nice new composite ones. The price was competitive, Lucas was always just an email or text away and kept us up to date on what was happening, he accommodated new requests we had in the middle of the project, and everything was done on the timeline and budget we agreed to. I particularly appreciated that they took care of finishing touches that other contractors may have said was out of scope, and they made sure the permitting and inspection process went smoothly. A++, would hire again. If I had more money, I'd probably find some other things for them to work on.
