I called Nxt Gen Exteriors on Wednesday, Oct 15th about a roof repair, spoke with Carissa. She asked me to text the address and some photos so she could take a look and get back to me. I did exactly that, and she replied confirming she’d review it when she got back to the office and would follow up the next day. The next day came and went with no response. I followed up again on Friday. The messages were clearly delivered (RCS chat ftw) but still heard nothing. I even waited through Monday just in case, but they never replied. This would have been a paid repair job, likely a fairly expensive one.
