If i could give them a zero for a review I would, after scrambling to get all this stuff together two days before we do a big PCS move as a military spouse its even more stressful the movers came in with a attitude, then told us they are leaving our door open we had to lock our dog in the bathroom. On top of that we are dog sitting for family and friends who are taking the drive to help us move 15 hours away. We had their two dogs locked up with one of ours in the cage. They made my husband put my daughter down while crying because they dont remove stuff off the top shelf of closetes which I never heard of before with a military move. Military moves can be stressful. There’s a lot of horror stories. HOWEVER these folks made it easy!! There were a lot of workers that showed up and they packed our apartment quickly and with care with nothing missing or broken. Very pleased and recommend them! Thank you!

Did not take care with any of our items and wanted to rush out of the job. Many broken items due to poor packing and tumbling boxes down the stairs instead of carrying them. Toilet plunger and toilet brush were packed in the same box as spare toothbrushes and toddler bath toys without being wrapped or anything. Crew spent a lot of time smoking outside and when we told them they missed some stuff they quite literally threw it into a box and called it good.posted an example here that they took two bins of stuff, tipped them over, and shut the box.

We are missing 8 boxes and a third of modular couch. No one will answer when I try calling and we have no idea where our stuff could be. They definitely unpacked our crates once they got to the warehouse because our couch went on the truck put together and arrived all broken down. Also so many boxes were mislabeled and the missing ones are all under “miscellaneous” so we have no idea what we are missing. Our driver arrived at 2pm on a Sunday so we were unpacking until nearly 7pm and then after they left I had to continue unpacking for three more hours to just clear space in our home to sleep. I would never have used this company but this was a military move so we had no choice.

If I can give no stars I would very rude and unprofessional . They walked up we ain’t know who they was then they didn’t even have uniforms on they was sleep in they car and then the one guy rushing being very extra here’s a pic of him on the boxes he was very rude and unprofessional telling workers they was moving slow and just to put the boxes out on the ground and they did and they left everything saying it was bedbugs and it wasn’t . They just didn’t wanna do there job .
