My father discovered this company about 15 years ago and he has been using them whenever he had an emergency. Today he had one and gave them a call and they came right over and fixed it. My parents are in their 80s and they workers are very respectful to their customers and very reasonable with their price and they provided extremely good quality work for my parents today I personally appreciate their professionalism

First off their service techs are great, always nice and knowledgeable, which is the only reason this isnt a 1 star. However whoever runs their front desk, sounds like a younger woman is terrible. After a month of calling for an update on a part, having them dismiss and say we will call you back multiple times with no callback. To reach my final call, puts me on hold mind sentence, I ask for an appointment to be made to guarantee that Im on the books she says "go ahead and put that on the calendar", suprised I ask "No im confirming you put it on the calendar if your saying the part will be in by that time." She goes "no we we will call you and if it aligns with our schedule we can move forward". I reluctantly say fine and she hangs up. Your front desk is your first line of representation

I had an amazing experience. I needed to replace the main shut off valve. It was very easy to coordinate with them, the price was the best all around and the plumber did an incredibly clean job, just look at the photo. Beautiful work.

Vinny from O.S. Dunigan just replaced a bathroom valve for me. I guess this is routine work, but the plumbing in the condo building in which I live requires everyone's water be turned off, which meant Vinny had to jump through hoops with management to access the basement. With patience and humor, he took care of everything. I would not have faulted Vinny if he chose to reschedule, as this water turnoff nonsense put him behind schedule. But this man cares, so he made it happen. I warmly recommend O.S. Dunigan, especially if they send Vinny.

Used OS Dunigan to update our water main from cast iron to PVC and to switch out our faulty sump pump. I called on a Saturday morning and within a few hours, Jim (owner) was at the house taking a look. He was just a genuine straight shooter. I explained to him that we planned to do a bathroom remodel the following month and he told me to take my time and call him back when we were ready to do the work. Provided a fair quote for the work in a timely manner and when we called a month later, Jim set us up in no time. His team arrived on the day of the job and did fantastic work. We really are happy to have used such a squared away business. I hope we don't need him for a long time....but if we do....it will be Jim! #1 plumber in the area no doubt.
