My husband & I used this company to replace our roof. We thought they did a great job. They replaced our house, garage & shed roof in 1 day. Crew were polite & did great job cleaning up. We had no issues working with this company & would recommend them.

We just bought a house a month ago, which needed a roof pretty bad. We only had a certain amount of money we could spend. We called Nyles, and he came right out and discussed the situation with us and recommended a metal roof which we agreed to. Once the material was ordered and delivered. Nyles came out with his crew and knocked it out in two days. They did an excellent job! They went above and beyond for us. We really appreciate what he did for us. There needs to be some more work done, and I plan on calling Oak Ridge, when the time comes to do it.

I wish Google would let me give them 0 stars but, alas, they get one from me. We had Nyles and Erik replace our roof and siding after a storm. They did all of the normal terrible stuff: they no called and no showed on appointments, lied about timelines, hired subs who did absolutely terrible work, and took no ownership of it, they neglected to pull a building permit, and they were borderline illiterate when trying to invoice or provide the proper insurance paperwork and documentation. Months after they stopped returning our calls with work still left not finished, we started to receive paperwork from law firms representing subcontractors and material manufacturers who were attempting to place liens on our property because Nyles had neglected to pay them, which took us a lot of time an

Nyles made getting a new roof seamless and easy for our family. The subs they used were great in my experience and the job was done beyond my expectation and fast.

Yesterday Nyles crew was out and re-roofed my duplex. They gave me a great price and did a really nice job(I got several bids before letting them start work.). They sent a guy around the yard with a roller magnet to get all the nails. They laid a tarp on my lawn to catch as much trash as possible. I actually could not find any trash in the yard, that is really unusual high quality work. The roof looks really nice, I went up to inspect it myself. I roofed many roofs when I was younger, they seem to have caught every possible issue before it could happen. I will recommend them to my friends and family. If you have second doubts about the work just message me and I will tell you in person.
