Erik with Oasis heating LLC is a very professional and efficient installer. Anyone can provide a service, but it is a welcome, uncommon experience to have a superior service provider! I believe that any other business Eric would be a part of he will provide the same superior service. It was a pleasure working with him. While it is never a pleasure to spend money on something like this, Eric relieved the pressure by his kind and efficient work ethic. Erik from Oasis Heating and Air went above and beyond when I needed help outside of regular business hours. He was at my house within half an hour of my call and had my older system up and running in no time. He was honest, courteous, and clearly skilled at what he does. Furnace stopped working. Called in the AM they sent someone (Eric) over in the PM, I was expecting he'd look at the furnace, say something needs to be replaced, we have to order it and it will take a few days, Instead he opened it up and fixed it. I was impressed. Something breaks again they'll be my first call.
