Mark and his staff put our pool in last year. Was the best experience ever. Materials were ordered and delivered on time. Had to bring in extra modified. Never charged extra. Service was excellent. We love the pool. Answered all of our questions. Always returned calls. Have recommended to many and I know others that were very satisfied. Heater is top quality and heats the pool in less than 2 hours.

One picture I'm posting is what my pool looked like this past Tuesday when Oasis Pools & Spas came to start the install of my new liner. The second pic was Wednesday afternoon (THE FINISHED PRODUCT). They did an absolute fantastic job. Mark did a great job measuring & ordering our liner. Steve and his crew did a fantastic job on installing the liner. They were very knowledgeable and efficient. Their employees were very friendly and curious. Thank you Oasis Pools & Spas for a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them.

I had my fiberglass pool installed in April of 2022. Everything went according to plan and on time. Mark was great to deal with and Steve is a rock star when it comes to customer service. All of my interactions with Oasis have been very positive.

November 13th in Pennsylvania.. still waiting on a custom cover for our pool. One was brought today (long wait for the custom fit) and it didn't fit. LOL. Drilled into our concrete and chipped it while they were here. I understand waiting. But bringing the incorrect thing and making things worse is preposterous.

The worst company I have ever gone through! EVER, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. You might as well take the contract and throw it away because this company does not follow any of their own guidelines. The only portion of the contract they follow is when it is time to collect payment. We paid for everything to be completed, to only be promised that further jobs would be wrapped up the following spring (reopening season). Meaning once they collect more money to open your pool, they will then finish what was stated in the original contract that WAS TO BE DONE WITHIN THE 30-60 DAYS. In addition, the people that run this business don't communicate with each other or even the buyers. They will blame subcontractors, forcing people to call Oasis's own sub-contractors to find out status upda
