I’m traveling to potentially sell my Honda and I left my house in Atlanta without grabbing both sets of keys. Well, the set I grabbed was with a key fob that had a dead battery. I stopped and bought a battery only to find the fob didn’t work. I called and spoke with Shaina and sorry if I spelled that wrong who asked me several questions… Ultimately, she suggested I try to program it with key on off method while pressing the lock button on the remote and boom! It worked!! Just a pleasure to talk with and helped me out without issue over the phone!! Killer service!!! A++

Great professional work and timely response.

Needed 20 keys. Had to order the blanks. Asked her to order them. Even offered to pay for them up front. Dropped the ball. No follow up. Only returned call after the third call. Didn’t “remember” which keys. Texted a picture per her request as a reminder. Nothing. Crickets. Wasted over a week. Not the only option in town. Don’s Bicycle Shop took great care of me. Will only use Don’s going forward.

Unresponsive ordered a key fob for 2022 equinox supposedly and was to call when arrived some 2+ weeks ago she has not called but we did and she said she thinks she is getting a box today when ch was last week. If this what you expect I would say this is place to go.

Was at a doctor's appointment, with other appointments for the day , I called and was in my car a few minutes after the visit was ended. Quick ,polite, friendly. Made a bad situation end with a laugh. Very affordable as well. I thought there would be charge just for coming then another for the actual unlocking of the door. What I was told on phone is what I paid. Thank you 😊!!
