We had our whole condominium flooring redone with vinyl luxury plank, by OC Floor Gallery. We dealt with Elizabeth, who was very responsive with any issues that we had, which were minimal. Although very few issues came up, those that we did have were immediately addressed. The installation was very good, notwithstanding the fact that we weren’t here while it went on. The crew doing the installation was honest, and installed the floor with precision.
