OC Renovations was the builder of my new house. They are not a licensed builder. We have electrical work to be done as a permit was not obtained for the garage. The electrician contracted by OC Renovations was not licensed and operating under his father. To give you an idea, a 220 volt electric line was buried 5”. It was supposed to be buried 18-24”. We were having a patio installed when the electric line was hit. Thank goodness no one was hurt. Extensive drywall repair to be done. Had the driveway apron and front walkway replaced after being in my home 8 months. Those are just a sample of the nightmare we are in due to OC Renovations.
