OC Roofing... must stand for Outstanding Company, or Outstanding Communications, or maybe Outstanding Customer Service, because that's exactly what we got when we had our roof and gutters replaced by them. Initially when we noticed some shingles had fallen from our roof, our insurance company didn't want to replace our roof. I believe that a pretty common practice for insurance companies. However Scott with OC, put us in touch with Michael, of Paramount Public Adjusters, who then handle all the communications with the insurance company. After some meetings and inspections, Michael was able to get us a completely new roof. Scott and his team handled everything from start to finish with excellent care. Scott kept me informed with every step. Assisted me with picking out the perfect color to accent my home with the roof. He worked with my insurance company since I had storm damage. I decided to replace my gutters as well, again Scott helped me since I went with a gutter that was a color. We decided on a beautiful color that accented my roof, brick and siding. I also added the covers that keep debris out, again with Scott’s help. All this at a great price! My experience with OC Roofing was fantastic! Rich came out to give me the estimate, explained the process, and sent me information to decide what roofing color. Rich gave me the date the roof would be done. The crew arrived on time, was very professional, and completed the work in a day with cleanup. As they worked, they would explain what was being done and I was very impressed when they verified my roofing selection. They cared and wanted a satisfied customer!

He kept in touch as we worked out a plan to get the roof done and ended up getting a crew together faster than I expected.
