We had an excellent experience with Tim and his team. They guided us through every step of the process - design, permitting, site prep, pool install, start-up, etc. We love how our pool and yard turned out - it feels like a 5-star resort! Not only did Ocean Blue build a beautiful pool and surrounding tile patio, they completely overhauled our backyard with regrading, tree removal, irrigation, sod and tree/plant installation. Mark, Tim and the crew at Ocean Blue Pools absolutely crushed our pool build. They transformed our backyard from a space we rarely used into something that feels like our own private resort. We’re constantly outside now, relaxing by the tan ledge or just hanging out as a family. Throughout the project, they were highly communicative, full of ideas, and their workmanship was top-notch. Even when unexpected challenges came up, they handled everything diligently and professionally. They even went above and beyond by installing all of the landscaping, as well as a new patio and walkway which tied together the pool area with our finished basement. We’ve worked with Ocean blue pools over the past few months on our pool renovation project. The over all experience has been fantastic! The team especially Mark and Tim have made this a simple and smooth process. Along the way we encountered some issues relating to the structure of the pool as well as the integrity of the deck surrounding. While outside of the scope of the original estimate, the team worked with us to find cost effective solutions. On top of this the level of care and attention to detail when listening to specific concerns; such as rebar, deck board spacing, lighting, and care for shrubs was all adhered too.
