This was my first time having my water softener serviced and I cannot say enough good things about the young man who provided the service. He explained things thoroughly so that I could understand (and I am 76 yrs old) and even divided the 40 lb bags of salt into buckets so that I could lift them when needed to refill the salt tank. So grateful!

Brayson took the time needed to investigate my home water issues. He ran a thorough diagnostic testing and gave me answers to my questions. His visit will save me on salt, electric, as well as my natural resource of water. He pinpointed exactly where I was losing all of these resources. Odenheimer is not only awesome at drilling and maintaining my well, they also are great at providing any water solutions you need. Timely and reliable service, I highly recommend this company.

I opened the water tap and absolutely nothing came out. We checked the well pump breaker and it was fine. Even though it was after 7pm, I called Odenheimer. Their answering service was very friendly and within the hour, someone from Odenheimer called me back to gather information and ensure I knew someone would be out first thing in the morning. Around 9:30am Santi and Nolan showed up. They discovered the pressure switch had not been changed out in a VERY long time, causing the pipe going to it to become blocked. A blockage like this can take out the entire system. They then tested the well pump. It was dead. Within 3 hours they had both items swapped out. During testing they heard the splattering sound of water coming into the water pressure tank. The sound is an indicator of a bad press

Highly recommend Odenheimer for well problems. 10 years ago they replaced our pressure tank. Spent time showing us how to replace the switch and advised we change it every 3-5 years to avoid the problem in the future. so we have done that. today the well pump stopped working . there were here within 2 hours of calling and had it replaced in 1.5 hours. answered all our questions ( how deep is our well, how deep is the water, is that good or bad , etc ) . So pleasant to work with. no mess in the house or in the flowerbed.

I highly recommend Odenheimer, they're honest, professional, reliable and affordable. Having been a customer for nearly 20 years, yesterday I called about issues with our well pressure tank and 30 minutes later they arrived fully prepared.
