Discovered the dryer duct was completely blocked with lint. Called and got a call back within less than 10 minutes. Explained the problem and they quickly scheduled a service. They explained what needed to be done to clean the dryer vent clearly. The technician Luis arrived on time and was able to complete the service without any issues. Thank you again!

We bought a dryer about a year ago for our relatively new home (constructed fewer than 10 years ago). Despite being a good brand, the dryer never seemed to dry laundry properly.
