Odyssey replaced our roof after we experienced severe hail damage in April 2024. We are extremely pleased with the excellent work performed in installing our roof but we benefited from Odyssey’s expertise in other significant ways. We were not aware that we had suffered considerable hail damage. We reached out to Odyssey after learning from neighbors that they had suffered hail damage and had contracted with Odyssey. Odyssey inspected our roof and explained the extent of the damage. Many photos taken by Odyssey demonstrated the scope of the damage. Odyssey provided crucial assistance in filing our insurance claim so that we were able to establish that our hail damage claim was legitimate. Paul and his team were amazing from A to Z. I initially had multiple vendors deny the scope of work due to the labor it would intel; coming across Odyssey was a blessing. We had a new back door and keypad installed at one of the REEDS Jewelers storefront locations. The associates now feel safe, secure, and the door looks great! After a horrific experience with another deck contractor, I was extremely gun shy about working with anyone but in a serious bind to complete the project. Odyssey was patient, over communicative, detailed oriented and thorough! My project hit some hurdles that were explained to me in depth along with viable mitigation options. Once started the project was completed in two days! The end product is beautiful and I look forward to enjoying a summer of backyard enjoyment.
