OEC Finer has provided great service including rapid change out of our old Router to a new one due to age and lack of consistent connectivity. BJ was our onsite service Technician and provided very professional , knowledge router exchange and ensured all equipment back online. Super appreciate excellence of service and keep up the good work!

Extremely poor customer service. We’ve had ongoing issues with our “fast” internet. We have to reset the modem several times a day. I called in over the weekend, and told they would call on Monday to set up a service call. No call came in. I called back, no service request was put in. Now canceling and going with Starlink. Update: day 3 of calling in every day for system reboot because the service sucks so bad. Can’t wait for the Starlink install.

The best in OKC area. Customer service is out of this world. We called to set up service. They said 3-4 weeks before they could start. The next week they were out to run the line to our home. The week after that they said they needed someone to set us up inside the home. Nick showed up that morning to set us up only to find that someone had damaged the line out on the road. He let his boss know about the damages and got back to work setting up what he could. Before he left they had already had a crew coming out to repair the line. Nick also kept us informed of what the status was concerning our service. He was very informative and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. Before we left our home the repair crew was on site and had started the repairs. About an hour later we get

I’ve been trying for five years to get OEC to finish service in my area. My neighborhood is completely surrounded by OEC coverage, yet our section continues to be overlooked. I’ve submitted request after request, year after year, with no progress. At this point, I’m done trying. What makes this so frustrating is that I’ve recommended OEC to many friends and family members because the employees themselves have always been great to work with. Unfortunately, the company’s refusal to complete the areas they started leaves customers like me feeling ignored and stuck.
